Jim Ippolito

jim@decorlightingsales.com

A Chicago native, Jim began his career in 1973 as a Sales Manager handling Nutone & LightCraft California. As they moved from factory sales to independent rep, Jim took his decade of experience and launched J.I. Marketing in 1983. Its success was not by accident. Jim’s knowledge of product coupled with his ability to blend and speak to the needs of the buyers, the distributors, and the manufacturers has always set him apart from other reps on the scene. Jim’s work ethic, wisdom, and personal touch is a lost art, but a real necessity in today’s ever-changing landscape.

With over 40 years in the industry, dozens of awards, and being known affectionately as “The Fan Man,” Jim is energized and excited to bring Hammerton and Modern Forms to the Chicagoland area. His reputation in the lighting and ceiling fan industry speaks for itself.

Jim is married with 2 daughters and lots of grand-dogs. His family believes he’s like a fine wine…getting better with age.
